- reporting back to the CamAWiSE Steering Committee regularly and attending Steering Committee meetings (every four to six weeks, in the evening)
- liaising with members regarding membership enquiries and renewals, and maintaining the membership database
Hours of work per week will be flexible (2-3 days per week). Evening work will be required for meetings and events. It is preferred, though not a prerequisite, that candidates have a base in or the surrounding areas or villages of Cambridge. The successful applicant would be self-employed and a mixture of working from home and on location. The contract will initially run until November 2020 and there will be opportunity for a rolling renewal for a further 11 month periods. You will receive a fee of £5.6k over an 11 month contract. Term-time working would be acceptable.
This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and create your own strong network. In addition, the Steering Committee is a fun and devoted team of women who welcome the opportunity to work with you and incorporate your own innovative ideas and feedback to help our Association thrive.
